Why does the area around my mouth feel cooler?
The cooling sensation may feel stronger on the thinner, more delicate skin around the mouth. According to the product guide, this generally settles within 5–10 minutes after removal.
Do I need to refrigerate it?
No. Store flat at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. For a stronger cooling sensation, the product guide suggests refrigerating it for three minutes before use.
Can I use it every day?
The product guide allows daily use. You can also use it two or three times a week as an intensive-care step, depending on your skin’s condition.
How long should I leave it on?
